The S.O.W.E.R.S. program is a full time (24/7) Christian leadership training program that provides various challenging opportunities and projects. We are located in Smith County, Mississippi and have a 12 student maximum.
To Fearlessly Pursue an Understanding of these Principles:
1. Acquire an in-depth spiritual perception and awareness.
2. Receive training in the whole Word so as to be able to teach others.
3. Physical training making your physical body, the vehicle of communication of
the Word, as vital as possible.
4. Practice believing to bring material abundance to you and the Ministry.
5. Go forth as leaders and workers in areas of concern, interest and need.
Next session begins September 2012, and ends in June 2013!
A Snap Shot of the S.O.W.E.R.S. Training Program:
Our foundations are rooted in the principles taught in the Power for Abundant Living series and the Way Corps principles as enumerated by Dr. Wierwille and George Jess.
During the term we also study related material such as Figures of Speech by Dr. E.W. Bullinger, Orientalisms by Bishop K.C. Pallai, and relevant materials from the University of Life series along with other supporting documentation.
The structure is based on four hours of study and four hours of work per day, plus an evening schedule as it was with the early Way Corps.
There is no cost to the student and S.O.W.E.R.S. covers room and board. However, each student is responsible for his own needs beyond room and board.
S.O.W.E.R.S. is a "non-profit" organization and we do receive tax deductible donations to help keep the program up and running.
As a guideline, our target audience is the next generation believers because we want people who haven't had an opportunity for this kind of training to get the chance. Of course, we reserve the right to make exceptions based on individual circumstances.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
No change in marital status during session. No pets. Program to be administered on an honor basis. Any volunteer may be dismissed at any time and/or program cancelled at sole discretion of those charged with oversight.
The S.O.W.E.R.S. training program provides one of the best environments in which a student of the Bible can develop themselves to be the best man or woman of God they can be. It is a time for a man or woman to continue to develop their true, vital, spiritual relationship with God.
A few examples of areas that S.O.W.E.R.S. provides training in includes, but is not limited to, the following:
HOW to study the Bible accurately, practical application of the scriptures, teaching and leading home fellowships, etiquette, and handling matters within the family with love and proportion.
At the end of the year, a student should be able to go forth and serve God's people in an area of concern, interest, and need.
Those who are interested in an application for the training program should contact Victor Wierwille who will send them an application to start the process.
This coming session will start September 2012!
